What it is
BotBuddy is a local-first internal video workflow system for planning and assembling short-form social videos. It helps move an idea from prompt to script, voice direction, caption planning, media assembly notes, and export-ready production steps. The stable Classic pipeline stays as the safe base, while the Premium Director Engine is the experimental layer for advanced word-timed typography and caption polish. Studio-internal tool. Not a public product.
How it fits the studio
This is one of the behind-the-scenes tools that helps me move faster without skipping taste, review, or polish. For clients, the value is not the tool itself. It is clearer pages, stronger promos, and better prepared creative ideas. Examples here are studio output, not a promise of views, reach, or conversions.
