These terms apply to the $47 First Impression Audit sold by Possum Mattern Studios. The purchase is a $47 one-time payment, processed by Stripe. Possum Mattern Studios does not collect or store card numbers.

The audit is a first-impression review of one public page. Eligible surfaces are a website, Facebook page, Instagram profile, or Google Business profile. It is not an SEO ranking audit, a full-site rebuild, a review of anything behind a login, a phone or Zoom consultation, or a round of revisions.

You receive a private written review by email with:

• 5 trust issues hurting your first impression
• 5 quick fixes you can act on this week
• 1 homepage direction
• 1 social post idea with caption direction
• 1 clear next-step recommendation

Written notes are delivered within 3 business days after confirmed payment. Do not send passwords, login credentials, or private access links. Public pages only.

A full refund is available if Possum Mattern Studios declines the request before work begins, if you cancel before review begins, or if the promised delivery window is missed and you request a refund. After the completed five-part audit is delivered, the purchase is not refundable except where otherwise legally required.

Work has begun when Phillip sends an in-review or delivery email. That status is operational, not stored in an application database.

No rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, or other business outcomes are guaranteed. Results vary.

If you were charged twice for the same audit, email Phillip with the receipt and it will be refunded.
